Fitsona — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Fitsona mobile application and related services ("the app," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, creating an account, or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app on any Apple- or Google-branded device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to the App Store and Google Play terms that apply to you.

Accounts

You need an account to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the app.

Subscriptions

Fitsona Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual), and may include a free introductory trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Auto-renewal: the subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing & cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play) after purchase. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region and over time. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

Health & fitness disclaimer

Fitsona is a workout and nutrition tracking tool for general informational and fitness purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. You use the app and act on any information it provides at your own risk.

Your content & conduct

You retain ownership of the workouts, meals, messages, and other content you create. You grant us the limited right to store, process, and display that content to operate the app (for example, syncing across your devices and, where you choose, sharing with friends). You agree not to misuse the app, upload unlawful or infringing content, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content (excluding your own content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
